How to Use
Five steps to start the game and adjust the challenge.
Begin with the easiest setting, give your pet room to explore and adjust the difficulty based on how quickly rewards are released.
Use on a clean, flat indoor surface with enough open space for the ball to move.
Keep it away from stairs, fragile objects and narrow furniture gaps where it could become trapped.
Step 01
Open the Ball
Twist the body open and add appropriately sized dry kibble or small pet treats. Do not pack the chamber completely full; leave enough space for food to move through the internal pathway.
Step 02
Select a Difficulty Level
Begin with Level 1. Move to Level 2 or Level 3 only after your pet understands how to release the treats.
Step 03
Place It on an Open Floor
Set the ball on a clean, flat indoor surface with enough room for your pet to follow it.
Step 04
Start the Game
Gently nudge the ball so your pet notices its movement and can smell the treats, then allow nose, paw, following and searching behavior to develop naturally.
Step 05
Adjust the Difficulty
If treats release too quickly, select a more challenging setting. If your pet receives no rewards or becomes frustrated, return to an easier setting or use smaller compatible treats.
